Refunds and returns
5.2. MoAD is not required to refund the product price on the grounds that a product has not met your expectations, you have changed your mind or made a mistake in your order. Therefore, please choose your products carefully, and check your order details before making payment.
5.3. MoAD acknowledges that in the event of any misleading or deceptive representation by MoAD, defective product or incorrect order, you have rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
